Cooker Thai Basil Chicken Curry Recipe
Moist
and tender chicken simmered during a savory curry coconut sauce during a slow
cooker.
I'm
an enormous fan of Thai flavors, especially curries, so it didn't take long
after I saw this slow cooker Thai basil chicken curry recipe on pinterest
before I made it. this is often a slow cooker recipe so it's really simple, you
only need to put everything within the slow cooker and cook it all day long
before mixing in some fresh herbs at the top. The sauce or broth may be a
pretty standard Thai style curry supported coconut milk with hot chilies, sweet
coconut sugar, salted fish sauce and tamarind juice that forms a magical
balance of flavors. The star of the show may be a ton of fresh basil added at
the top before serving, really like serving this Thai basil chicken curry over
cauliflower rice and it's great with naan too.
