Pancakes Recipe
These
super fluffy pancakes are bound to be a showstopper at your next brunch party. This recipe is quick, easy, and doesn't require buttermilk.
Admit
it, a world without pancakes would be gloomy, maybe not even worth living in.
you wish pancakes, don't you? you are doing. It's okay, me too. My favorite
thing about pancakes (apart from eating them, of course!) Is watching syrup
drip from the sting of my pancake tower, like some quite sun-kissed waterfall.
Soft
pancakes are one among my all-time favorite Sunday morning breakfast treats.
the matter is that a lot of good pancake recipes involve buttermilk.

The
right recipe for creating pancakes that are fat and tender, without buttermilk
or special ingredients.
Ingredient
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melt
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp Pure vanilla
- Canola oil (or other vegetable oil), for cooking
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour, sifted
- 2 tsp leaven
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 large egg, beaten
Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, salt and leaven during a bowl, then mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla and melted butter together. take care to not use hot melted butter, as which will make your eggs cook.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well blended. The dough should be thick and slightly lumpy, but without visible flour lines. If it's too thick to figure with, add a touch milk. put aside the dough for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat over medium heat and grease it with oil. Use the 1/4 cup measure to scoop out and drop the batter into the pan in order that you get a good sized pancake.
- Cook until the primary side is golden brown, or until the highest forms bubbles. Turn over and repeat on the opposite side. Adjust the warmth accordingly. Serve while it's still hot.
