Ingredient
  • ¾ glass of milk
  • 9 tablespoons of Blue Bunny Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream
  • 2 dollops whipped cream
  • 1 box of brownie mixture
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ¼ glass of water
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp Smucker Hot Fudge Spoonable Ice Cream Topping


Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the mixture of brownies, vegetable oil, water and eggs. Stir well. Pour into an oiled pan and cook according to the box directions. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  2. After the brownies cool slightly, mix the Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream and milk into a blender, and blend until blended.
