Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 cup pomegranate
- 1 tablespoon of poppy seeds
- 3 cups diced pineapple
- 1 cup of peeled, cut and chopped kiwi
- 2 cups mandarin oranges or clementine segments
- 3 tablespoons of lemon or lime juice
- Optional decoration: fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Place pineapple, kiwi, mandarin oranges and pomegranates in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, stir in lemon juice, honey and poppy seeds.
- Pour the poppy seed sauce over the fruit and stir gently to coat.
