A
few weeks ago i stopped by my local grocery store and felt hungry (always a
mistake, as you know) and found dr. Praeger's spinach pancakes for sale in the
health food section (paleo, gluten free and milk free). I ate it for an
afternoon snack all week and then thought to myself 'why not make it yourself?'
... It's almost the same as the one i have had with a vegetarian burger for a
long time, but i haven't prepared their batch! (hopefully after summer
arrives).
