Pomegranate Ginger Paloma Recipe
This is not traditional in palomas, but it is far better than using club soda and adding a lethal ginger flavor, which for me, just screams for holidays! Of course, if you like, you can obviously use club soda or anything with soda! Either way, this drink will be delicious! Bring holiday celebrations.

Pomegranate Ginger Paloma Recipe
Ingredients
Ginger Syrup
  • 1 inch fresh ginger chopped
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 8 mint leaves
Paloma
  • Ginger beer or soda water for topping
  • 1/3 cup grapefruit juice
  • 2-3 ounces of tequila
  • Crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 2-4 tablespoons of ginger syrup

Instructions
Ginger Syrup
Boil 1/2 cup of water, honey and ginger boil over high heat. After boiling, boil 1-2 minutes then remove from the heat. Add mint, cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Strain ginger and mint. Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
Paloma
Fill your glass halfway with ice. Add pomegranate juice, orange juice, lime juice, syrup, and tequila. Stir to combine and then add ginger beer. Decorate with mint.
