Easy Chicken and Creamy Alfredo Zucchini Noodles
Ingredient
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- pinch black pepper
- 3 zucchinis media
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- a pinch of Himalayan salt or sea salt
For
Alfredo Sauce
- 1 cup of thick cream without sugar is added
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 cup of parmesan is rated
- pinch black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Basil
- 1 tablespoon of buttered grass is fed
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 ounces of full fat cream cheese
- a pinch of Himalayan salt or sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Wash zucchini and then spiralizer with spiralizer to form zoodles. Place it in a colander and soak it with a paper towel. You can sprinkle salt and leave it to extract the liquid.
- Heat coconut oil in a frying pan and fry chicken breast on medium heat for 25 minutes, turning halfway, or until there is no pink interior. Season with salt and pepper, or a choice of seasoning. While cooking chicken, start with Alfredo Sauce and then make it.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add cream, cream cheese, and parmesan. Beat frequently and reduce heat. Add the spices to taste and stir until smooth and soft. Keep warm, shake frequently to prevent sticking.
- In a large skillet, transfer the zucchini noodles into it and cook on medium heat for 4-6 minutes, until al dente, or as desired.
- Place the cooked spices on a plate and pour the desired amount of Alfredo sauce on top, then mix. Slice the chicken meat and place it on top of the seasoning.
