Ingredient
- 3/4 cup of coconut flour
- 2 glasses of chocolate chips. See the post for options
- 2 cups Homella Nutella
- 1/2 cup selected sticky sweetener
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix your chocolate, coconut flour and choice sweeteners. If the mixture is too thick, add additional syrup / liquid until the mixture is thick.
- Cover a large plate with baking paper. Using your hands, form small balls and place them on a plate. Cool.
- Melt the chocolate flakes of your choice. Remove your truffle from the fridge. Move quickly, dip each truffle into melted chocolate, making sure everything is coated evenly.
- Place it back on the plate and chill until tight.
