Dried Potatoes
Favorite meal when you are
small. Which makes it pretty old, but it feels very good

1 kg of potatoes

Salt
·
Clean water
·
1 tablespoon of
tamarind water
·
Just enough brown
sugar
·
Sufficient white
sugar
·
The oil for frying
·
Smooth Seasoning:
·
4 garlic cloves
·
3 onion cloves
·
10 red
curly chilies
Step:
1. Peel the potatoes and wash
thoroughly. Then the potatoes are sliced with matches. After slicing, wash
the potatoes repeatedly until the water is completely clean and not cloudy
anymore
2. After the potatoes are washed, soak the
kettle in clean water. Then add salt. Let stand for 30 minutes.
3. After leaving the pan prepared 2 pans
with cooking oil which is rather plentiful. One is heated with a large
flame, one is heated with medium fire.
4. Add the potatoes little by little to
the large fiery skillet. After the bottom of the potato hardens
(cooked). immediately transfer to a skillet with a medium heat. Stir
gently with a fork so the potatoes don't stick together. Make sure the
potatoes are dry and crispy.
5. After the potatoes are dry,
drain. And squeeze / blend the spices smoothly then use cooking
oil. Do not forget to add sugar, royco and tamarind water. Stir until
fragrant
6. Then enter the potatoes little by
little and stir slowly so that the potatoes are not broken.
7. After the spice sticks to the potato
evenly. Turn off the stove and immediately move the potatoes to the
container.
8. Potatoes ready to eat
