Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C / fan160 ° C / gas 4. Boil a pot of salt water, then boil the potatoes for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the shallots gently for 5 minutes, then stir in the flour and season well.
